What the website is

drivequiz.app gives information about the DriveQuiz app, coming soon in the UK and helps you practise for the car theory test. DriveQuiz is not an official service and is not connected to the DVSA, the DVA, the DVLA or any government body. For the official test and the current rules, go to GOV.UK (Great Britain) or nidirect (Northern Ireland).

No guarantee that you will pass

The information on the website is a guide. We cannot promise that you will pass the theory test, and the questions on the website are not the real test questions.

Content and copyright

Text, graphics and the DriveQuiz name on the website belong to Fri Vei AS or to others who let us use their material. You may read our own content and share links to it, but not copy or resell it. This does not apply to the Highway Code and other GOV.UK material we quote: it is Crown copyright and available to everyone under the Open Government Licence v3.0, which lets you copy and reuse it on its terms.

Terms for the app

Terms for the app and for the paid upgrade will be published before the app launches.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, because we are based in Norway. If you live in the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live (the consumer rights that apply whatever these terms say), and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
